A Mennonite Men grant is helping one Spanish congregation turn its dream of building a new church into reality.

Janie Blough, a long-time MMN worker, was commissioned on October 2, 2011 at her church in Paris.

Anabaptists in Spain are experimenting with a new way to train lay leaders, and they’re doing it with help from a Swiss seminary, a Mennonite Mission Network worker, a grant from MCC Europe and a former Jesuit-priest-turned-Brethren-in-Christ pastor.

“Flattened” students travel around the world through the mail, and then share what they learned.
