Churches in Benin grow out of counter-cultural move
Several churches have been planted by Benin Bible Institute graduate, Philippe Koba, who made a counter-cultural move from the city back to his village in central Benin.

Ministry
After 10 years of service in Benin and a three-year study leave for Bruce and a pastorate for Nancy, they return to West Africa in the fall of 2012 to teach and support local ministry in a variety of settings within Burkina Faso and West Africa.

In Ouagadougou, they will work with the Mennonite university student hostel and with the leadership of the Evangelical Mennonite Church of Burkina Faso (EEMBF). In addition, they will relate to and teach at Mennonite-related leadership training colleges and seminaries in Nigeria, Benin, Ghana, and Cote d'Ivoire.
