1. Start by printing the kite design onto 11 x 17 paper.

2. Decorate it using anything with color. This could be paint, tissue paper, markers, stickers, etc. 

3. After decorating, take your sheet of paper and make it a tube length wise by overlapping the ends to the dotted lines and pasting the edge together.

4. To finish, tie a string on the one end and attach streamers on the bottom tail end.
