Ken Regier is the director of program human resources and a personnel counselor for Mennonite Mission Network programs. He interviews applicants and is involved in placing them in various short- and long-term assignments with Mennonite Voluntary Service, Service Adventure, Radical Journey, Youth Venture, and Discovering Opportunities for Outreach and Reflection (DOOR).
Prior to his appointment to this position in August 2002, he served as director of student activities at Bethel College, North Newton, Kan., and with his wife, Amy, served as resident director at the college. Ken and Amy also served as directors of the junior high camp at Camp Mennoscah, Murdock, Kan. Ken has experience as a farmer and carpenter.
The Regiers recently built a house in rural Newton for themselves and their four children. They are members of First Mennonite Church, Newton.
