Description:
- Provide general support in assisting the office duties for the Executive Director and program staff.
- Make monthly schedule for staff work shifts.
- Interact with staff, residents and public.
- Answer phones, take messages when necessary.
- Maintain office records and data.
- Make monthly menus for each residence.
- Compile monthly billing data to be reviewed by the Program Coordinator before completing monthly attendance for SLS and CI and submitting the report to CVRC
- Attend staff meetings, take notes, type minutes, copy and distribute to appropriate staff.
- Supply labels for addresses and return address as needed.
- Keep an inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain data base of supporters/mailing list.
- Format newsletter, send to be printed, fold, address, stamp and label.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited institution with training in office management
- Two years related experience
- Basic knowledge of office and fiscal management
