Description:
- Provide administrative and development support to the development team
- Coordinate the respitality program
- Report directly to the associate directors of marketing and development.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from high school.
- Background in sales, marketing, public relations or customer service.
- Past experience with fundraising or special events and a business/marketing interest.
- A friendly, outgoing personality is essential in initiating and maintaining relationships with co-workers, volunteers and the public.
- Willingness to accept responsibility and to take both direction and initiate direction in job functions.
- Willingness to work as part of a team to get the job done.
- Clerical experience, including computer knowledge, typing, filing, phone support and mailings.
- Maturity, tact, professional appearance and good judgment skills.
- A valid California driver's license, good driving record with proof of insurance is required.
- Strict oath of client and sponsor confidentiality must be observed.
