Theological training in China
Mennonite involvement in China focuses primarily on education-related programs, such as teaching English and student or teacher exchanges. Workers also seek openings for doing development and relief work while relating to China's growing congregations.

Bibles in Argentina
Mennonite ministry among the indigenous people in the Argentine Chaco began in 1943. In the 1950s, the focus shifted from planting Mennonite churches to accompanying the emerging indigenous church. Mennonite mission workers encouraged the indigenous church in its development of leaders. In 1960, 28 indigenous congregations founded the Chaco Iglesia Evangelica Unida (United Evangelical Church). Today’s international Mennonite team encourages believers to read the Bible in their own language and partners with the Argentine Bible Society in Bible translation and distribution.

$100 will subsidize the cost of 25 Bibles in the Argentine Chaco where Mennonite ministry centers on the study of God's word.

Bridge Builders' Network Day
Inaugurated in January 1996, Bridge Builders was launched under the joint leadership of Nelson Kraybill, then director of London Mennonite Centre, and Alastair McKay, current Bridge Builders director. Originally created to train and educate Christian leaders and church members in Great Britain for healthier churches, it has since added mediation and consultancy services. In 10 years of ministry, Bridge Builders has trained more than 2,500 participants from a wide range of Christian denominations, through workshops and weeklong mediation skills courses, and also has led many mediation and consultancy cases.
