God is using Mennonite Mission Network along with other Mennonite partners to share the gospel in Hong Kong, a city of 7.3 million. Three Mennonite churches have been established there with about 130 members. Each congregation has a Chinese pastor. Andrew and Susan Wade from the Seattle area are part of an international Mennonite team in Hong Kong that also includes missionaries from Canada, Honduras, Indonesia and the Philippines. Together they provide encouragement and leadership development for the churches.

In this crossroads city Mennonites are involved in various ministries, including:

• The International Christian School where children come to learn both basic educational skills and the good news of Jesus Christ.
• Women’s ministry to domestic workers from the Philippines and Indonesia.
• Bible studies in factories for migrant workers.
• Prayer and Anabaptist resources through Hong Kong Mennonite Center.

Your gift will help extend the gospel of Jesus Christ to people who come through Hong Kong: Chinese, Indonesians and Filipinos. If the budget designated for the Hong Kong Mennonite Center is met, your gift will support a related ministry in Asia.
