Mennonite Media

Mennonite Media, a department of the Mission Network based in Harrisonburg, Va., acts on behalf of the entire Mennonite Church USA in creating a Mennonite presence in the secular media. When combined with local congregational initiative, these efforts can assist congregations in efforts to reach new believers within their local communities.

Purpose
To provide electronic and public media which invite individuals to faith and challenge the church to faithfulness.

Vision
Mennonite Media strives to introduce Anabaptist Christian perspectives into society's marketplace of ideas. Using electronic and public media, we seek to challenge society on contemporary issues; prompt people to consider the way of Jesus; and equip the church to participate in holistic witness.

Mennonite Media is a member of the National Council of Churches Programming and Electronic Media Committee. Mennonite Media also participates as a full member on the Faith & Values Media Member Council.
