Orientation checklist

Cultural questionnaire (63 KB): Please print, fill out and mail to our office prior to orientation or bring it with you. This information will be used during one of the sessions.

Passport and/or VISA (non-USA citizens): Bring those documents with you to orientation so we can make copies for your file.

Passport or birth certificate for eligibility in the AmeriCorps program: We are required to see it to verify eligibility for the program.

Contact your local leadership if you are traveling to your unit directly after orientation so they can be prepared to meet you.
