Orientation schedule
Please plan to arrive at the camp on Monday, September 3, between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to register and get ready for our first activity. Orientation will end around 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 7. You are expected to attend all sessions. On Thursday evening there will be a special time to share songs, readings, skits, or anything else (humorous or serious). Please keep this in mind as you plan for the week.
Travel
If you plan on flying to orientation a shuttle will take you from the Wichita airport to the camp. To eliminate multiple airport runs and ensure everyone is able to participate in the full orientation we would like everyone to arrive at the airport between Noon) and 4 p.m. (Central time). You will be picked up at the baggage claim area. Please schedule your return flight for after 2:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on Friday. If you have flight delays or other changes during your travel, please call Moises Angustia at 574-903-8923.
