Mustard Seeds

Mustard Seeds is a quarterly publication of Mennonite Mission Network for mission partners who pledge support for four projects each year. Each quarter, Mustard Seeds features a new project highlighting one of the various ministries of the Mission Network. Those who help sow these mustard seeds contribute $100 or more for each project. Sample issue: Couple hopes to model peace, help bring healing in Liberia
If the violent bloodbaths of Liberia's 14-year civil war have been stilled for now, the uneasy peace that has settled in its aftermath continues to exact its toll. Children die who might easily have been saved. Lacking a sense of closure, survivors wonder where or even if loved ones killed during the last war were buried. Women disfigured by rape and torture try to rebuild ruined lives. Amid this turmoil, Hank and Marilyn Rossiter hope to exemplify the message of Christ’s love and redemption by living and working alongside their Liberian hosts in an attitude of friendship and encouragement.
