Two individuals, perhaps a couple, with teaching/administrative experience would assist the classroom teachers at the school in teaching various subjects (phonics, math, science, health) across multiple grade levels, with English and reading being the most important. This would be fairly basic as grade levels in Liberia are not analogous to grade levels in the United States, and a grade level might include multiple ages. The mission workers might also do some coaching/mentoring with administration at the school, and will generally assist where needed, but not by taking over the classroom. Currently, there are about 150 girls in the school, grades 1-6.

Term: 1-2 years

Language: English

Qualifications:
Experience in teaching and/or school administration preferred.Prior cross-cultural experience preferred.Applicants need to be graciously open, culturally sensitive, and resilient.
