Kelsey grew up in rural Ohio and attended a Mennonite congregation. She graduated from Hesston College ('08), Goshen ('11) College and the University of Wisconsin Whitewater ('20), where she earned her master's of Business Administration. 

She has worked with Mennonite World Conference, World Vision and Mennonite Mission Network. Through her work with Mission Network, Kelsey has been reminded that mission work happens as we build bridges "across the street and around the world." That phrase, which compelled Kelsey to serve internationally, also drew her back to rural Ohio, where she lives with her husband, Jeff, and their three daughters. In her work, Kelsey enjoys exploring the intersection between business and the greater good. She leads music and attends Berlin Mennonite Church, where her husband is a pastor.
