Mission and leadership experience: Sunoko Lin was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. After high school, he came to Seattle to earn his BA in accounting and finance from the University of Washington. Since his graduation in 1989, he has been living in the Los Angeles area and attending Maranatha Christian Fellowship.

In early 2004, he sensed the Lord’s calling to be a bivocational pastor. He went to Fuller Seminary and earned an MA in cross-cultural studies in 2010. Since April 2006, he has served as the pastor of Maranatha Christian Fellowship, and has been building on the vision to grow the church from first-generation Indonesians to a multi-ethnic and multicultural church.

Besides serving at Maranatha, he serves as a board member of Mennonite Central Committee US and as treasurer for Mennonite World Conference.

For his profession, he works as CFO at TRACE Worldwide Corporation. He maintains two professional licenses and memberships with the California Board of Accountancy, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Management Accountants.

For leisure, he enjoys travel with his wife and three children.
