John Lapp serves as Senior Executive for Global Ministries.

From 1988 to 1996, John and his family served in Israel and Palestine with the former Mennonite Board of Missions and with Mennonite Central Committee. He worked at the village level and also with national Palestinian development partners.

Since 1997, John has served as a regional director for Mennonite Mission Network and its predecessor agencies.

John and his wife, Sandra, have three children: Sophia, Eva and John Ethan. They are members of College Mennonite Church in Goshen, Ind.
