Bullying in all its forms has always been a sad, frustrating, and sometimes deadly fact of life in growing up. How can families and churches equip kids to get along with each other and grow in their understandings of peacemaking?
Carmen Kingsley, a Mennonite Voluntary Service voluntary in Chicago in 2004 worked as a volunteer where children of different ethnicities were often separated by literal railroad tracks. On the Shaping Families radio program this week, Kingsley tells about her work for "Play for Peace." Two volunteers with "Challenge Day" also talk about bullying and violence.
