Iglesia Cristiana Menonita del Peru consists of four ministry centers, Rumococha, Monte de Sion, Isla Iquitos and El Centro.

Worship services for all ages began in 2012, and churches are developing in Rumococha and Monte de Sion. The ministries began much earlier through work with children and youth. Cecy Wong, who is from Iquitos, initiated ministries before meeting her husband David Moreno from Iglesia Cristiana Menonita de Colombia (IMCOL) and beginning to serve together. David and Cecy, along with Juan Carlos Moreno and Cielo Arguello were commissioned as IMCOL missionaries to provide leadership in Iquitos. Juan Carlos and Cielo served from December 2011 to April 2023. David and Cecy continue in Iquitos.

Around 400 children are involved in the four ministry centers, many gathering weekly for activities including music, worship, games and meals together. The church also works with adolescents and youth, offering music, art, English, and discipleship ministries. The youth receive practical training to serve as leaders working with the children. An active camp ministry also gives children and youth opportunities to worship God and enjoy fun activities together.
