​Since October 2019, I have been working at Mennonite Mission Network, as the program assistant for short term programs, including SOOP, Youth Venture and Just Peace Pilgrimages. I have the privilege of working with applicants from the time they contact Mission Network, until we send a request for an evaluation after the completion of their placement or pilgrimage. I find great joy in walking alongside people who are looking to serve, learn and participate in God's work in the world. I work from the Mission Network office in Newton, Kansas.

My husband, Chris, and I live in Newton with our son. I also have three young adult stepchildren. Before working for Mission Network, I was a high school math teacher and worked for my family's small business, building junior dragsters, or racecars for kids. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and going on walks, alone or with friends.
