My background in human resources comes primarily from working within faith-based nonprofit organizations supporting benefits administration, HR operations, employee support, and organizational processes. I value integrity, stewardship, compassion, and thoughtful leadership, and I strive to approach my work in a way that builds trust, collaboration, and respect for others.
I especially enjoy helping organizations navigate complex people and benefits matters while creating systems and processes that better support employees and leadership alike.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, lifelong learning, spending time with family, and exploring new places and experiences.
