Online French-language Anabaptist theology courses to be launched

Mennonite Mission Network partners with a consortium of 14 institutions to offer the only online French-language Anabaptist theology courses available in the world! This dream, born in 2017, will be launched March 31, with a series of two-hour monthly webinars. The first four webinars will be:

  • March 31 — Rubin Pohor, vice-president and professor at L’Université de l’Alliance Chretiénne d’Abidjan (Christian Alliance University of Abidjan, Ivory Coast), will present on Culture, Ethnicity and Conflict.

  • April 28 — Siaka Traoré, pastor of Eglise Evangélique Mennonite du Burkina Faso (Evangelical Mennonite Church of Burkina Faso) and chair of the Mennonite World Conference Deacons Commission, will present on Loving our Muslim Neighbors in Violent Contexts.

  • May 27 — Neal Blough, who recently retired from Mission Network and is a professor at Vaux-Sur-Seine Evangelical Seminary, Catholic University of Paris, and the Mennonite Bible School in Bienenberg, Switzerland, will present on Genealogy of Salvation: A Biblical Perspective on Peace and Justice.

  • June 30 — Sublime Mabiala, global educator at WorldVenture, will present on God, Civic Engagement and Reconciliation: [Harmonious] Triad or [Problematic] Trilemma?
