Is it really possible to end poverty and homelessness in the U.S.? Jim Wallis, the founding editor of Sojourner’s magazine and author of numerous books, is the guest on Shaping Families this week.
Wallis looks at poverty by sharing personal experiences his family has had with those struggling with this issue. “Nine point two million American families have somebody in the household who’s a full-time worker and they are still poor. They are working hard and falling short,” says Wallis.
