Jae Young Lee and Karen Spicher live and work at Peace Building Community, which is home to these three organizations: Northeast Asia Regional Peacebuilding Institute (NARPI), Korea Peacebuilding Institute (KOPI) and Korea Association for Restorative Justice (KARJ). Karen Spicher serves as the communications coordinator for NARPI. Jae Young Lee serves as Executive Director of NARPI, Chairperson for KARJ, and Executive Director of KOPI.
