Members of the College Mennonite youth group will travel across the southern United States, learning about the struggle for dignity and humanity that African Americans faced during the Civil Rights Movement and still face today. They will learn from museums, powerful memorials, and hear truth-telling from those who were a part of the movement.
The pilgrimage will be facilitated by Mission Network representative Arloa Bontrager.
Pray for them as they unpack the lessons we can learn from the movement and how those lessons apply to today’s ongoing struggle for justice and equality.
