On May 8, Africa Inter-Mennonite Mission, Mennonite Church Canada, and Mennonite Mission Network sent $11,200 to Congolese Mennonites to bolster their response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Within a week, Communauté des Eglises de Frères Mennonites au Congo, a Mennonite Brethren conference based in Kikwit, began equipping trainers to inform their communities about how to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Their goal is to present this information in every congregation, using the poster designed by church member Joachim Mukwa.
