C. Paul and Hildi Amstutz serve in Asunción, Paraguay.

Almost 20 years ago C. Paul and Hildi started a program for leading spiritual retreats, which led to the founding of the Asociación Querit, where Hildi serves as director. Their involvement in the local church includes intercession, translation, and leading small groups. In addition, they are engaged in occasional counseling and speaking roles around the country, as well as being actively involved in the Mennonite retirement community where they live in Asunción, Paraguay.

C. Paul retired in October of 2023, after 32 years of service in Capellanía Empresarial. This Mennonite-initiated business chaplaincy program, born in 1991, continues to grow. Its 80+ chaplains share the gospel and give pastoral care to the employees and managers of over 100 companies.
